Promise Wellness Center was developed to provide services in the richly diverse neighborhoods located in San Diego’s Promise Zone. We focus on providing mental health services that respect and incorporate different cultural beliefs and traditions. Promise Wellness Center upholds the principle of psychosocial rehabilitation to assist those recovering from mental health difficulties and co-occurring substance use disorders. Services include, mental health assessments, individual and group therapy, peer support groups, clinical case management, psychiatric medication management, mobile outreach, employment services, transitional age youth (TAY) and older adult outreach services.

Through our use of multilingual and multicultural staffing and interpreter services, counseling can be offered in a multitude of languages. Our staff have extensive experience in the field and are dedicated to the wellbeing of their clients.

We provide outpatient mental health services to all populations, with a focus on Promise Zone neighborhoods located in zip codes 92102, 92113, 92114, and 92139. We work with those who are 18 years of age and older with depression, anxiety, psychosis post-traumatic stress, co-occurring substance abuse and other related struggles.
